Error: 2200 appears on the TV when trying to access the network connection may appear due to the following circumstances:
- lost Internet signal
- unstable Internet speed
- Internet video apps are not showing
- apps suddenly disappearing while watching the Internet video services
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the network connection status after completing each step.
The operational difficulties in communication between the TV and the wireless router may cause network congestion.To fix any possible network traffic, reset the TV and the wireless router.
- Turn off the TV.
- Disconnect the power cord of the TV.
- Disconnect the power cords of the router and the modem.
- Connect the power cords of the router and the modem after two minutes.
- Connect the power cord of the TV.
- Turn on the TV.
- After five minutes, Refresh Internet Content of the TV a few times.
- If you are using a wireless router, the communication between the TV and router may be unstable due to radio wave interference. To eliminate any possible radio wave interference, check the following.
- Turn off the power of other wireless devices.
- Connect the TV to the router using wired LAN connection.
NOTE: If the communication between the TV and wireless router improved after performing the suggestions above, it would be because of unstable connection between the devices. To avoid this inconvenience, use a wired LAN connection or do not use the TV along with other wireless devices simultaneously.
- Make sure the TV has the latest software installed.

- Reset the TV to the original factory settings.
- Make sure to update the firmware of the router.

Change the Default Domain Name Server (DNS) to a Public DNS.
- Using the supplied remote, press the Home button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Wired or Wireless Setup.
- Select Custom or Enter Manually.
- Enter the IP Address.
- The IP (Internet Protocol) address is provided by the router and can be located using a computer or refer to the manual supplied with the router. Also, you may contact the router manufacturer for additional information.

- Enter either of the following Public DNS numbers: 126.96.36.199 for the Primary DNS and 188.8.131.52 for the Secondary DNS.
NOTE: Using Public DNS can often improve Internet routing speed. Make sure to write down your Default DNS for reference.
