If you can't change the channel of your Android TV™ device with a number or name using your Amazon Echo®, Echo Dot™, or other compatible speakers, check the following:
- Make sure that you can change the channel using the supplied TV remote.
- Make sure that your TV is able to scan and broadcast the channel.
- Check if the Amazon Alexa™ compatible speaker recognizes your voice correctly.
