There is an abnormal beep sound, the touch sensor doesn't work, or the earbuds (headphones) restart on their own

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue and check if the issue is resolved after completing each step.

    1. Using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, update the headphones to the latest version.
    2. Update all music streaming apps to the latest version, and then restart the connected device.
      Note: Depending on the music streaming app, this issue can occur even when you are not playing music with the app.
    3. Place the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, and then wear them again.
    4. Reset the earbuds.
    5. Initialize the earbuds.
