If the map, Welcome Home location, or potty is not displayed or updated in the My aibo app, check the following information:
When the map is not displayed or updated
- Make sure aibo is powered on.
- Make sure aibo is connected to the network.
- In the My aibo app, select Have aibo explore on the map screen.
Allow aibo to move around freely so it can learn and update the map of its surroundings.
When the Welcome Home location or potty is not displayed
aibo may not have learned the location yet. Register the Welcome Home location or potty, then check the My aibo app again.
Note: The map is created using information that aibo collects while moving around. As a result, the map may not exactly match the room's actual layout.
