The aspect ratio of the external display connected to the HDMI port of the remote controller isn't right
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Disconnect the HDMI cable from the HDMI port of the remote controller and then reconnect it
- Turn the external display off and then back on again.
If the issue still occurs, replace the HDMI cable.
