If you're experiencing issues when using your Bluetooth® remote control, or when using the Mic button/voice command function on your voice command remote control, this article provides information and steps for pairing your Bluetooth® remote control to help resolve the issue.
- Depending on your model, a Bluetooth remote control is supplied and already paired with the TV. At the time of shipment, the supplied paired remote control cannot be used to operate other TVs. When checking the remote control operation, use the TV with which the remote control was supplied.
- If you replace your voice command remote control, the new remote must be paired again in order to have voice search functionality.
- After updating the software of your TV, the remote may need to be paired again in order to have voice search functionality.
- Pairing can fail if the battery level is too low. If this is the case, replace the batteries with new ones before pairing them.
