* Kenichiro Yoshida, currently President and Representative Director, So-net Corporation, and Hiroki Totoki, currently Representative Director, Deputy President and CFO, So-net Corporation are scheduled to retire as executive directors of So-net Corporation as of January 1, 2014, but remain as non-executive directors.
