Sony to Exhibit at CEATEC 2025

Showcasing Sony Acceleration Platform, an initiative to support innovation, under the theme,
"Beyond the Boundaries"

    Sony Group Corporation

Tokyo, Japan — Sony Group Corporation (Sony) announced today that it will be exhibiting at CEATEC 2025, held October 14-17, 2025, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City. The exhibit, themed "Beyond the Boundaries," will showcase the activities of the Sony Acceleration Platform, which supports both internal and external innovation.

Under Sony's long-term "Creative Entertainment Vision," which outlines where Sony wants to be in 10 years, the company seeks to create a future where Kando are generated limitlessly with creativity and technology. Our greatest driver in achieving this vision is our "boundary spanners" — individuals who connect creators, partners, employees, and diverse Sony Group businesses across organizational boundaries to create new value. The Sony Acceleration Platform is a business development platform that facilitates collaboration with various partners. It serves as a "boundary spanner," helping to create an environment to generate, incubate, and expand Kando and support innovation by operating beyond traditional boundaries.

At the CEATEC 2025 booth, Sony will introduce examples of "boundary spanning" — or value creation beyond boundaries — within the Sony Group, along with the systems and services the Sony Acceleration Platform provides to support innovation globally. Visitors can explore the platform's achievements and connections with internal and external partners since its 2014 launch, by enjoying the exhibition of products, services and case studies.
