Engaged in research and development of cryptography and security, with a focus on efficient and secure implementations of block ciphers and public-key cryptography. Contributed to improving the security of Sony’s products through security reviews as well as development of cryptographic hardware IPs. Leading research and development of hardware security technologies, including side-channel attacks and fault injection attacks, and promoting the introduction, implementation and evaluation of these technologies to security block of LSIs.
