Since joining Sony, Asada has been consistently involved in the development of audio/acoustic technologies, while moving back and forth between R&D and business units. He contributed to the development of differentiating technologies such as the world's first digital noise canceling system for headphones and automatic sound field calibration technology for AV amplifiers, home theater, etc. Sony MVP 2008.
