On Monday, April 13, Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) once again opened CinemaCon, the annual exhibitor tradeshow at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. As the premier event in U.S. theatrical exhibition, CinemaCon is where studios take center stage to unveil their upcoming film slate, debut trailers and exclusive footage, and create the moments that drive the industry forward not only in the U.S., but on a global scale.
SPE Motion Picture Group executives did just that alongside filmmakers and stars showcasing the dynamic range of Sony Pictures' films including action blockbusters, female driven films, auteur horror, and family comedies.
SPE has been producing and distributing strong film and TV content and serves as an important "hub" for Sony's cross-company collaborations such as the many PlayStation Productions film and TV adaptations of game IP. Their strong presence was on full display at CinemaCon 2026.
