Basic Policy

The following action plan serves to maximize employees' skills and promote an environment for career development while understanding parental needs and responsivities in care of their children in support of the fostering of the next generation.

Period of Plan

April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2030 (5 years)

Description

Goal 1: Reduce overtime hours (over 7 hours and 45 minutes per day) and holiday working hours by 5%.

Action

  • Continue to grasp the current status of working hours by organization and consider countermeasures.
  • Continue to promote the use of "No Overtime Days" and annual paid leave.

Goal 2: Achieve 100% utilization rate of childcare leave for both men and women.

Actions

  • Inform employees who have had children about the support systems and confirm their intentions.
  • Hold seminars on balancing childcare and work as well as sharing employees' experiences, examples and tips.

Goal 3: Improve the workplace environment to promote a balance between work and infertility treatment.

Actions

  • Expand the support system for infertility treatment.
  • Introduce the support system for egg freezing.
  • *Action Plain is announced based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
