A Novel 3D Structure with 2D Addressable VCSEL Arrays and Laser Diode Driver for Solid-State LiDAR
Abstract
In this paper, laser characteristics of the transmitter for Solid-State Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) system is improved by 3D package structure and interconnect technology between Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting LASER (VCSEL) and Laser Diode Driver (LDD).
