Effects of 3D Cues for Depth Perception on an Eye-Sensing Light Field Display

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of 3D cues on the accuracy of stereo perception in an eye-sensing light field display, the accuracy of manipulating the display position of a cube in the display to match the position of a real cube of the same color and shape in real space was evaluated. A significant effect of 3D cues to increase the accuracy was found.
